What we do with your details

When you send an inquiry or request a quote, we store what you entered (your name, contact details and the details of your site) so we can reply, prepare a quote and do the work you ask for.

Who sees it

Only ByteNova staff. We don't sell or share your details. Our database and email providers process them on our behalf.

Quote links

Each quote and request has its own long, unguessable link. Anyone with the link can open it, so forward it only to people you want to see it.

Removing your details

Email hello@bytenova.mv and we'll delete your inquiries, except records we must keep for tax purposes.
